Creation of static proofs with Rohr2 including the effects of possible thermal stresses such as heat tracing, solar radiation, support system, etc. on the complete piping system according to your requirements.
Independent planning, coordination, monitoring and controlling of all necessary project work for the installation, assembly and commissioning of apparatus and equipment.

Creation of tested pipe classes & piping specifications
We check the pipe classes used by our customers according to DIN EN 13480, taking into account DIN 21057 (formerly PAS1057), as well as the valid Pressure Equipment Directive 2014/68/EU, and redesign them in accordance with the standards. If requested, the calculated pipe classes are checked by a central monitoring center (ZÜS) and documented using a test report.
Special regulations are also part of our core competence. We also offer you the following designs and calculations: Calculation of pipe classes according to TA-Luft (according to VDI guideline 2900, DIN 1591).
